End of Dirty Energy

      All oil, coal, natural gas, fission, large hydroelectric, traditional biomass and other forms of dirty energy should be immediately phased out and replaced with green forms of energy such as tidal, rain, biodiesel co-generation, mini-hydraulic, solar, geothermal, modern biomass, fusion, small hydro and wind power. The dismantled fission reactors should be analyzed to determine their capacity for creating new space exploration technologies. All fission and other forms of dirty energy production materials/equipment which is determined viable for space exploration technologies should be transported to the moon for further development.
