Elimination of the World's Biological, Chemical, Nuclear, and Radiological Weapons Stocks

     All biological and chemical weapons stocks should be safely destroyed and any remaining waste from these products' destruction should be transported to the Moon Garbage Dump. All nuclear and radiological weapons stocks should be converted into space exploration technologies if possible; this research should occur off-earth, ideally on the moon, and safely processed/store where conversion is not deemed feasible. Waste products should be sent to the Moon Garbage Dump.
