Statement of Laws: Societal Structure

The Marxist Legal Code

     In the spirit of democracy, Marxism requires that all people actively maintain the values of their society. Each individual in society is required to uphold the values and morals of the culture and enforce those values and morals as law. Violation of these laws is subject to varying levels of punishment, from warnings and fines to arrest, investigation, detention, trial, and incarceration. Below are the laws which comprise The Marxist Legal Code.

1. The age of adulthood is 24.
1a. Individuals below the age of 24 who do not have a family to care for them are to be raised by the state in a collective group-home setting.
2. All psychoactive substances are legal and regulated.*
3. The use of psychoactive substances is prohibited to those below the age of 14.
4. Circumcision, female genital cutting, piercings, tattoos, the use of tanning beds, body modifications etc. are prohibited to those below the age of 16, and after that are to be performed only with the permission of the individual.
5. Purposefully exhaling smoke/vapors into an individual's direction is prohibited.
6. Incest is allowed.
7. Pimping/prostitution/procuring/pandering - prohibited.
8. Capital punishment - prohibited.
9. Torture/advanced interrogation - prohibited.
10. All forms of human and animal slavery are prohibited.

12. Knighthoods and military orders are prohibited.
13. Animal testing - prohibited.
14. Human testing may only occur by volunteer.
15. Sexual activity with the dead is prohibited.
16. All persons must strive to maintain their health and the overall health of the community. All people are required to inform any potential sexual partners about any known sexually-transmitted infections they have.
17. Euthanasia and suicide - allowed.
18. All human life is qualified as having person-hood status, beginning at conception.
19. Abuse of any one or thing is prohibited.
20. The age of coitus sexual consent is 16. The age of anal sexual consent is 18. Close-in-age exemptions exist: A youth of twelve or thirteen can consent to sexual activity with an individual less than two years older than they. A 14 or 15 year old can consent to sexual activity with a partner who is less than five years older than they.
21. All forms of sacrificial worship are prohibited including the sacrifice of humans, minerals, plants and animals etc. with the exception of volunteer sacrifice.
22. Headhunting and cannibalism - prohibited.
23. There shall be no systems of law enacted other than The Marxist Legal Code.
24. Neutering and spaying are prohibited.
25. Oophorectomy, castration, vasectomy, sterilization etc. are prohibited except when done voluntarily.
26. Satanism, Luciferianism, and all forms of devil worship are prohibited.
27. Abortions are prohibited except when the mother's life is in danger; and then every measure must be taken to save the offspring.
28. The maximum sentence of imprisonment is 25 years, after which time parole may or may not be applied.
