The New First International is the official news publication of The World Marxist Party.

    All municipalities and regions will be required to set up a plan to redistribute space and capital on the basis of equal square footage and capital for all. This corresponds to residential, municipal, commercial, industrial, and agricultural property; religious resources will be acquiesced by the state for food distribution/meal services and shelter/housing programs as well as clothing and other basic necessity distribution. Where the state has determined a space/resource to serve an essential necessity for the function of society, it will be thoroughly collectivized and state-managed. All square footage and capital on earth should be allocated, whether to a state-run organization, or to individuals/groups.

      All industries, sectors, and businesses will be de-privatized. Businesses should endeavor to make things available at increasingly lower costs, ideally free.

      All utilities: water, energy, sewage and public transportation infrastructure currently in existence will be free.

Trials

Trials will proceed to try various individuals, groups, corporations, organizations and governments with crimes ranging from fraud and embezzlement of public funds, to treason and high treason, war-crimes, and crimes against humanity etc.

This will be the initial standard world welfare rate upon the implementation of world socialism. Welfare is the only form of Terra income. This rate is calculated by dividing the global GDP by the world's population. All personal, corporate, and national debts will be wiped out along with all rents and debts, plus payments/returns of damage deposits. Terra availability dictates the rate. Terra availability is dictated by the availability of resources. Terra availability fluctuates regularly according to resource availability.

Destruction of Non-Green Automobiles

All non-hybrid automobiles are to be immediately siphoned of gas and compacted. Hybrid and bio-diesel vehicles are to be phased out and replaced with electric vehicles running on a green energy grid.

Elimination of the World's Biological, Chemical, Nuclear, and Radiological Weapons Stocks

All biological and chemical weapons stocks should be safely destroyed and any remaining waste from these products' destruction should be transported to the Moon Garbage Dump. All nuclear and radiological weapons stocks should be converted into space exploration technologies if possible; this research should occur off-earth, ideally on the moon, and safely processed/store where conversion is not deemed feasible. Waste products should be sent to the Moon Garbage Dump.

Economic Formula

All resources are given a Terra value. The resources produced globally are tallied on a regular basis. The total Terra value of the earth's resources is then divided by the number of people on earth. Each person then receives their percentage of the overall resources in Terras. I.D.R.A.A. cards' balances are constantly fluctuating according to global resource availability, production costs etc. Limits are set, where necessary, on the amount of any one particular item that an individual may purchase with their Terras, to prevent shortages of resources, with particular regard given to ensuring that basic necessities are always available to all.

New Currency

The new currency of earth will be known as the Terra. It is the only currency. People are allotted a basic welfare rate in Terras and flexibility in benefits is afforded to those displaying an increased need, i.e. those with children, those with disabilities, the elderly etc.

End of Dirty Energy

All oil, coal, natural gas, fission, large hydroelectric, traditional biomass and other forms of dirty energy should be immediately phased out and replaced with green forms of energy such as tidal, rain, biodiesel co-generation, mini-hydraulic, solar, geothermal, modern biomass, fusion, small hydro and wind power. The dismantled fission reactors should be analyzed to determine their capacity for creating new space exploration technologies. All fission and other forms of dirty energy production materials/equipment which is determined viable for space exploration technologies should be transported to the moon for further development.

Trash to the Moon

All the radioactive waste from nuclear energy production should be transported to the moon for storage, as should the North and South Pacific Gyres, as well as the municipal waste and trash from the planet, and all petrochemical plastics and other hazardous toxic substances.

Swords into Ploughshares

The deweaponization of the earth should commence immediately. All guns and other weapons/weapons systems are to be removed from aircraft/naval fleets and military equipment for melting-down. The subsequent materials will be used to create exponentially self-replicating, self-supporting robotic automated energy Survival Systems. One Survival System unit will be deployed to each of the world's 1000 most populous cities as a test run before further deployments.

The explosive/fissile materials from artillery, bombs etc. should be converted into a new type of rocket fuel for space exploration technologies. This research should be done on the moon.

The aircraft carriers and battleships should be converted into communal houseboats and moored. All fighter aircraft should be siphoned of gas and dumped into the coral triangle to provide new coral reef habitat.

All military hardware including guns and ammunition should be melted down. Armor, knives, swords, bows and other rudimentary weaponry should be reserved for snorkeling, scuba-diving, survival and martial arts etc.
